The house (duplex) is fully equipped and has a living-dining room, air-conditioned, with fireplace and direct access to the private garden (70mt2) and natural grass. The kitchen, open concept to the dining room in a 100% integrated space, has all the necessary appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer and Smart TV.

The house has 3 bedrooms, ideal for families of 4 to 6 people or groups of friends. The master bedroom contains a double bed with private balcony and a large window overlooking the entire valley. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The space is all integrated on the second floor.

The space has 2 fully equipped bathrooms with shower, located one on each floor.
